3월 6일 여성 총파업 집회에서 수많은 노동자와 청년, 특히 여성과 성소수자들이 모여 성차별을 당장 중단할 것을 요구하며, 여성을 착취하고 억압하며 학살하는 가부장제, 제국주의, 자본주의에 맞서 싸우기로 결의했다.

 

 

3월 8일 여성의 날을 맞아 열린 여성파업 집회에 나와있습니다. 오늘은 파업을 하고 참여한 반도체 생산기업 KEC지회를 비롯해, 1366서울센터, 톨게이트지부, 학습지노조 등 다양한 노동조합의 여성노동자들, 그리고 수많은 노동자와 민중들, 특히 여성과 성소수자들이 모였습니다. 연차 휴가를 내거나 가사 노동, 교육을 중단하고 집회에 참여한 노동자와 학생들도 참여했습니다.

 

지난해 여성과 성소수자들은 “구조적 성차별은 없다”고 주장한 극우 윤석열 정부에 맞선 투쟁의 최전선에 섰습니다. 그러나 윤석열 정부를 끌어내린 후에도 억압받는 이들의 삶은 여전히 변하지 않았습니다. 이재명의 민주당 정부 아래서도 여성들은 여전히 저임금과 불안정한 노동 조건에 시달리고 있으며, 정부는 노동유연화 확대를 추구하는 노동개악을 추진 중입니다. 이는 여성, LGBT, 이주노동자에 대한 차별과 불안정성을 심화시킬 것입니다.

 

또한 미국의 이란, 베네수엘라 공격과, 팔레스타인에 대한 지속적인 집단학살에서 볼 수 있듯 제국주의적 침략이 고조되는 가운데, 한국 정부는 제국주의 국가들과 적극적으로 공모하며 전쟁 산업을 확대하고 이윤을 챙기고 있습니다. 이스라엘은 현대중공업, 한화 등 한국 대기업의 기술과 장비를 이용해 팔레스타인 여성과 미성년자에 대한 학살을 지속하고 있습니다. 한국 정부는 트럼프가 제안한 위선적인 ‘평화위원회’ 참여도 적극적으로 검토 중입니다. 이 모든 행위는 팔레스타인 여성과 미성년자를 죽이고 있으며, 중국과의 제국주의적 패권대권 아래 동아시아 전쟁의 미래를 열 것입니다.

 

여성과 성소수자를 착취·차별·억압·학살하는 이러한 가부장제, 제국주의, 자본주의에 맞서기 위해, ‘3.8 여성파업 조직위원회’는 일곱 가지 요구를 제기합니다. 1. 일터의 성차별 금지, 진짜 사장 책임 강화 2. 가사사용인/특수고용/프리랜서/플랫폼/장애인/이주 노동자의 노동기본권 전면 쟁취

3. 돌봄 공공성, 돌봄 일자리 확대 4. 이주노동자 사업장 이동의 자유 보장, 강제단속/추방 금지

5. 포괄적 차별금지법 즉각 제정과 젠더차별 금지 6. 비동의강간죄 도입/포괄적 성교육 의무화/임신중지에 건강보험 적용 7. 팔레스타인 학살 지원 중단, 제국주의 전쟁 반대.

 

이러한 요구를 바탕으로 우리는 모든 여성과 LGBT, 억압받는 이들을 위해 계속해서 싸울 것입니다. 이를 위해 모든 노동자의 여성 파업을 계속 조직해 나갑시다. 투쟁!

Hi, I’m Dolmeng and I’m here at the rally of women’s strike, in the anniversary of 8 March. Today more than hundreds of workers and people, especially women, and LGBTs gathered, including many women workers on strike, from various unions, such as the union of KEC corporation, the semicondutor company, and also the unions such as call center, tollgate, and tutoring industry. There are also many workers and students, who participated the rally, using annual leave or stopping the domestic labor, or the education.

 

Last year, women and the LGBTs were at the forefront against the far right Yoon government, which insisted that “there’s no systematic gender discrimination”. but after overthrowing the Yoon government, the life of the oppressed is still the same. in the new democratic party government of Lee jae-myeong, women are still suffering from low wage and precarious conditions, and the government is pushing the labor reform, which seeks to expand the so-called ‘flexibility’ of labor, which means the aggravation of the discrimination and precarity of the women, LGBT, and migrant workers.

 

Also with the rising imperialist aggression, as we can see from United States’ attack on Iran, Venezuela, and ongoing Genocide on Palestine, the Korean government is actively being complicit with the imperialist countries, expanding and profiteering from war industry. Israel is sustaining the Genocide on Palestinian women and minors, using technologies and equipment of Korean large companies like HD Hyundai, and Hanhwa. and Korean government is now positively considering to join the hypocritic “Peace Board” proposed by Trump. All these acts are killing women and minors in Palestine, and will open the future of the war on East Asia, as a result of the imperialist confrontation with China.

 

so to confront all these patriarchy, imperialism, and capitalism, that exploit, discriminate, oppress, and massacre women and minors, the women’s strike organizing committee has seven demands. 1. No sexual discrimination in the workplace 2. full labor right for all workers, including domestic worker, self-employed, Freelancer, gig worker, disabled, and migrants. 3. Full Public care system 4. Freedom of changing workplace for migrant workers, and No crackdown and deportation 5. ‘comprehensive anti-discrimination law’ right now, including such as healthcare for the gender transition 6. criminalizing the ‘rape without consent’, comprehensive sexual education and healthcare for abortion right 7. Stop complicit on Genocide on Palestine, No more imperialist war.

 

with these demands, we will keep fight for all women and LGBT, and the oppressed. for that, Let’s keep organize the women’s strike of all workers. 투쟁!
